Competitors in the Australian Open are having to practise in different circumstances this year The WTA has created a tournament exclusively for the players unable to leave their rooms during quarantine for the Australian Open. The 28-player draw will start on 3 February, allowing players four days of practice before the main tournament. Victoria Azarenka, Bianca Andreescu, Angelique Kerber and Britain’s Heather Watson are among those eligible.
