Former ATP player Gimelstob pleads not guilty to assault
Los Angeles (AFP) – Two-time Grand Slam mixed doubles champion Justin Gimelstob pleaded not guilty to a felony battery charge in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday. Gimelstob, 41, appeared before Judge Keith L. Schwartz in Los Angeles County Superior court in connection with an October 31 incident in which he is accused of attacking onetime friend Randall Kaplan, who was taking his family trick-or-treating.
