The NCAA ruled on Friday that Kansas forward Silvio De Sousa was ineligible to play for the remainder of this season, as well as the entirety of the 2019-20 season due to actions of a third party that he had no control over. Back in October, Adidas consultant T.J. Gassnola testified in federal court that he had paid De Sousa’s guardian Fenny Falmagne $2,500, and $20,000 to get out of a pay-to-play deal with Maryland.
